• Supply and Stock standard code compliant Materials
• Hang, glue, nail perimeter, and screw field of boards to local code
• Remove drywall scrap from jobsite
• Finish, Tape, Bed, and Skim
• Sand
• Scrape and Construction Sweep Floors
• Prime Touch-Up
• One(1) Year Warranty, one(1) touch-up any time with in first year from stock date per NHBA standards, to be marked by builder/owner

Perimeter Drywall offers the following services at additional charge:

• Supply and Stock non-standard Materials
• Entire installation with screws
• Remove non-drywall related construction debris from jobsite
• Additional finish coats
• Textures, wall and/or ceiling
• Application of “First-Coat” type drywall primer products
• Additional Touch-Ups
• Sand Touch-Ups
• Repairs, Alterations, and Change Orders
